Badass funk from Chicago, IL. Bumpus is an excellent mixture of funk, soul and R&B that has a strong following and fan base. Their schedule has been rich in college, festival, and club appearances across the United States in their 10+ year history. Currently, they are flirting with major label representation, and this may be your opportunity to catch them on the rise!
Bumpus has shared the stage with Dr. John, War, The Roots, Jurassic 5, Maceo Parker, and Fred Wesley. The band has performed at the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival next to Bob Dylan, John Fogerty, and Widespread Panic.
Their fourth and most recent album, All the People, won rave reviews and they're currently hard at work on their fifth album, Burn 'Til We Learn. Bumpus continues to tour throughout the country, while performing at various venues in Chicago and the Midwest.
